we just renewed our license fpr Word Balloon Pro, but it says “Your license key has reached its activation limit.”. What are we doing wrong? Thanks for your help!

Your license is only ‘one’ site.
If you want using in other site then upgrade to ‘two’ or ‘three’ site license or contract new license.

The other day,
You purchased extension of period for existing license.

Is it mistake?

This is well known, but we only run one site with this plugin. I have just talked to my colleagues again, we really only use the plugin on ideenboerse-kita.de.
At first we thought that the term had expired and a renewal was due, so we extended the license. Since we would like to stick with the plugin: could you put the “wasted” license time on the back of it?

Old site changed to Inactive.

One site can activate license.

Please try activate in new site.
